Going back to South Asia
Many first generation South Asians struggled to return to Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Khasmir when they first came to Britain in the eary 1950's and 1960's, due to financial difficulties. Now many return every year and many second and thirsd generation South Asians find they want to go back to find their roots.
